Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Bison RS HR Consultancies - FZCO ("Bison RS", "we"), registered in the United Arab Emirates, handles personal data on AgentOps.careers. We're the controller of that data. Questions or requests: jack@bisonrs.com.

What we collect

• Candidates: your email, name, LinkedIn and GitHub links, CV, descriptions of agents you've built, and any note you add, when you apply to a role or save a profile. We also keep which roles you applied to.
• Employers: your work email, company name and website, the job details you submit, and payment status. Card details go straight to Stripe; we never see or store them.
• Operators: your name, email, headline, region, stack, rate, availability, the agents you've built and your proof of work.
• Intro requests and newsletter: your name, email, company and what you tell us; newsletter preferences.
• Usage: pages and roles viewed, and clicks out to employers' sites, linked to a random session identifier (and to your account if you're logged in). We use this to count traffic and show employers how their roles perform. We don't use advertising trackers.

Why we use it

• To run the service you asked for: sending your application to the employer, listing your job or profile, arranging intros, logging you in (contract).
• To take payment and keep financial records (contract and legal obligation).
• To keep the site secure, prevent abuse and improve it (legitimate interests).
• To send the newsletter you signed up for (consent, which you can withdraw at any time).

Who sees it

• Employers you apply to receive your application and a link to your CV. CV links in those emails expire after 90 days.
• Companies browsing operators see your profile without your name, email or links, until you accept an intro.
• Bison RS staff review submissions and arrange intros.
• Service providers who process data for us: Convex (database and backend hosting), Vercel (website hosting), Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery) and Google Fonts (the site's fonts, which receive your IP address when the page loads). Some are based in, or process data in, the United States and other countries outside the UAE, the UK and the EU; where that happens we rely on their contractual safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.

We don't sell personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep applications, profiles and job posts for as long as they're needed to provide the service and for a reasonable period after (typically up to two years from your last activity), and payment records for as long as tax law requires. You can ask us to delete your data sooner.

Your browser

The site stores your login session and any unsent form drafts in your browser's local storage, and a random session identifier in session storage. These are needed for the site to work; there are no advertising cookies.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the UAE's data-protection law, the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR), you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent. Email jack@bisonrs.com and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority.

We'll update this page when what we collect or how we use it changes; the date below shows the latest version.
